Oral Presentations

Oral Sessions

• The order of presentations can be found in the Scientific Program.
• Oral presenters will have 20 minutes to present within their session.
  • 15 minutes for the presentation.
  • 5 minutes to respond to questions.

Poster Presentations 

Poster Requirements 

All poster presenters must have a printed poster displayed at the venue.

• Poster size: A0 (84.1cm x 118.9cm)
• Poster orientation: portrait (vertical) format

Larger sizes or landscape orientations will not fit.
There will not be a printing service onsite at the venue.

Poster Printing

For authors desiring to have their posters printed in Athens to avoid having to transport them yourselves, the services of the print house P For Print has been engaged.

• Posters printed using this service will be delivered to the conference venue and displayed during the appropriate poster session by the conference organizers.
• Arrangements for printing posters please contact the cooperating print house P For Print at: fotis.vatsikas@pforprint.gr 
• Payment will be arranged by P For Print.
• Please submit posters using this service by Tuesday, 20 August.

Poster Sessions

• Poster presentations will be in-person during the designated poster session.
• Posters will be grouped by the assigned theme in the right-most column of the Sessions page.
